Review: Andrew Gilling

CCJ issued against Andrew Gilling for not returning my deposit monies when twice he failed to turn-up on the agreed removal day. It’s really sad because he has moved my possessions many times over several years. He is now totally silent not communicating whatsoever.

Review: Hurst Associates Bath

I would strongly recommend against using this firm. I chose to pay for a detailed survey but unfortunately the surveyor failed to pick up that the roof needed to be replaced. Two weeks after moving in, I had a significant leak resulting in a bedroom needing to be redecorated and subsequently the roof removed and replaced. I spoke to numerous different professionals, all of which confirmed that this would have been obvious at the point of the survey. I approached Hurst Associates and waited 6 weeks for a rude reply. I have enquired about the firm’s complaints handling procedures and given details that are incorrect. I have followed up on this and have had no reply for 2 months. One year later, I am still on a journey to receive even an apology from Hurst Associates. I rarely (if ever) leave negative reviews however I have serious concerns and would not like anyone to have a similar experience. My advice is avoid this firm and look elsewhere.

Review: Bog Island News

Drop-off point for returning Amazon orders. When the young lady is there, it all goes really courteously. But when Mr Rowland the proprietor is there, all you get is bile. This chap's in the wrong job, and clearly hates where he is. Don't waste your time going there - he says he's not paid enough to be courteous.

Review: A C L Domestic Appliance Repairs

To summarise this abomination of a company. This really is shortened as my house is still damaged!!! Turned up with half the parts needed to fix. Floods house with water (literally) Says they have nothing to help clear up water and then continues to fit part. Says will be back to fit other part. Leaves mess everywhere. Leaves note saying they left clean and tidy! Forgot to isolate water so house flooded again!!! Lies to Samsung. Worst customer service I have ever come across. They are the biggest bunch of liars I have ever had the unfortune of having to deal with. Rude, arrogant, patronising, condescending, full of lies and false promises. They actually told me they would email Samsung on multiple occasions then upon questioning, miraculously say they can't send me any copies due to the contract with Samsung. If Samsung recommend, ask them for another service centre out of the area!
