• AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

  My mum bought a sideboard from these imbeciles. It arrived assembled and damaged. She called immediately and the "manager" said he would order another, That was in July 2010 still waiting in November 2010. The Managing Director, Andrew Stephen West (who has a track record of CCJ's and liquidated companies), has lied, is elusive, has failed to resolve the problem (despite repeatedly saying a replacement is on its way), failed to respond to letters from Trading Standards. I would only recommended buying something from these rogue traders if you want some expensive firewood.

• Avoid Like The PLague

  Utter rip-off merchants. Took several months to deliver some furniture my mum ordered. A unit was damaged which was brought to their attention immediately, and they said they would replace it. Several months on from July 2010 and still waiting. The MD, Andrew Stephen West (an incredibly elusive man) refused a refund, and is still lying and b*llshitting his way out of this.
