• Perhaps it was a bad night...

  We came here as part of our work Christmas meal and my experience comes as a complete contrast to the other reviews on this site. Perhaps we picked a bad night but the food simply tasted of nothing. Nothing. Considering the spiciness of Indian cuisine, this is quite a feat. Not only did my massala taste of nothing, I tried the daal which tasted equally of nothing and my keema nan seemed to have no meat in it at all. Strangely enough, it also tasted of nothing. They also miscalculated the bill and tried to overcharge us. Again, this could have been an incomparably bad night for them, but from my experience, I simply cannot recommend them when there is a wealth of other great alternatives in Bath like Bombay Nights, Eastern Eye and Yak Yeti Yak.

• Fantastic

  This is the best indian restaurant I have been to and evryone I know who has been thought the food was great! They have a very big vegetarian selection and the waiters are very friendly and the service excellent! The food is superb! A starter and a main will cost less than £10 in total
