Great for back pain! It was extremely helpful for my specific problem, the Sciatic pain, which could be quite bad at times, prevented me from playing golf. The lessons made me very aware of how I was moving my body. I was then able to alter my actions accordingly. I've learned to walk much more easily and to relax my shoulders when moving. It helps with general balance and doing the lying down exercise helps to relax you. Hellie was very helpful indeed and the table work was wonderful. I feel having these lessons was one of the best things that I have done, I am now pain-free and can play golf again and will continue to be aware.
I wanted to learn how to move more correctly. My back ached quite a lot and I had developed bad postural habits. The lessons were wonderful, really positive and informative and very very relaxing. Hellie showed me how to increase my awareness of where I was tensing in my muscles and how to let it go. Now I am often aware of my head and spine when sitting and walking and it makes everything feel lighter and easier. I would recommend Hellie wholeheartedly to anyone with back problems.
